Return Policy

We'll never give you trouble for returning a Gobi Gear item to us.  We might ask you for some photographs if you find the product defective*. 

 

Gobi Gear will only cover the cost of return shipping if the product is declared and then deemed defective without an exchange.

*we might not even ask you to send it back to us, depending on the reason for return, saving everyone cost and saving the environment some fuel ;-) 

Exchange Policy

Our Customer Service office handles all of Gobi Gear exchanges. Please contact us for help and we'll get your exchange taken care of right away. 

 

Please note: Shipping speeds for Exchanging products, whether they are defective or not will take place on our normal shipping speeds.  If you will need the exchange faster, we do offer a $10 2nd day shipping fee.  If you have a deadline (Like an upcoming trip), please make sure when you contact us that you put that information in.  This will help us better assist you.

 

Please note: we operate on a first come first serve basis.  Letting us know there is a  deadline, it only allows us to better serve you with options, it will not expedite  your service. We go as fast as possible in trying to resolve issues.
